Preparation Is Part of the Adventure
Technical and scientific diving have reinforced my respect for planning, teamwork, and curiosity.
The more I learn about diving, the more I appreciate the preparation behind a good day in the water. Technical and scientific diving experience has shaped the way I think about planning, communication, and observing carefully.
That mindset also carries into underwater photography. A strong image often starts long before I press the shutter: with an understanding of the environment, the subject, and the people I am diving with.
I am still learning, and that is one of the reasons I keep exploring.
