Information you choose to share

Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, topic, and message. Depending on the form, the message may also include a course choice, general location, preferred dates, or a photograph and intended use. The forms do not collect payment card details.

How the forms work

Messages are stored in the site’s private inquiry database for Eddie to review. Submitting the form does not automatically reserve a course or place a photo order. The current form system does not itself send an email notification to Eddie, so the inquiry inbox needs to be checked.

Replies and requests about your message

Eddie uses the details you provide to respond and discuss the request. For a question about a submitted message, or to request correction or deletion, email Eddie. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, without sending identity documents.

Third-party content and hosting

The site is hosted using Cloudflare-based infrastructure. Embedded video previews load thumbnails from YouTube; playing a video loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player. YouTube and the hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address under their own policies.

A small browser preference

The homepage stores a local browser preference to rotate its featured video selection between visits. It is stored on your device rather than submitted with an inquiry. Clearing site data resets it.

Administration and live tools

Site administration uses a separate sign-in process. Satellite trackers and other live tools request current data from their data providers. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
